Terms of Purchase and Delivery

These Terms of Purchase and Delivery apply between 2Elevate (Organizing Party), TT Sports Academy & Innovations (Organizing Party), and you (the Customer).
These Terms and Conditions are presented as a draft and may be updated. In case of changes, you will be informed directly.

Personal Data

The personal data you provide will be handled respectfully and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Your data will only be used for processing your purchase, event administration, communication, and safety purposes.

Prices

All listed prices include VAT. The currency is shown on the website.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to VAT changes, printing errors, pricing errors, stock issues, or similar situations. Price adjustments after your purchase do not affect previously ordered tickets or items.

Review and Fraud Prevention

If our system cannot verify your purchase automatically, we reserve the right to manually review your order before finalizing it. We may contact you if further verification is required.

Young People

If you are under 18 years old, parental or guardian consent is required to enter into an agreement or participate in any of our events.

Cancelled Event / Repurchase

You are responsible for checking whether an event has been cancelled or rescheduled. If an event is cancelled, please contact the Organizing Party immediately.

If the event is cancelled by the Organizer, 100% of the ticket price will be refunded. Additional fees (such as service costs) may not always be refundable.

Customer Cancellation / Refund

You may cancel your ticket up to 2 months before the event and receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 2 months before the event will result in a 50% refund, unless the participant cannot attend due to exceptional or documented circumstances.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Media & Image Use

By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the Organizing Party taking photos and videos during the event. These may be used for marketing, social media, website content, and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in such media, you must notify us in writing before the event.

Health, Safety & Participation

By participating, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating safely and that you have no medical conditions preventing safe participation.

You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. We recommend consulting a medical professional if you are unsure about your physical readiness.

Liability

The Organizing Party is not liable for injuries, lost items, or damages sustained during participation unless caused by gross negligence.

Participants are responsible for personal belongings, equipment, and travel arrangements.

Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe environment, all participants must behave respectfully, follow staff instructions, and avoid any unsafe or disruptive behavior.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove participants violating these rules without refund.

Force Majeure

We are exempt from fulfilling obligations in cases such as changes in legislation, government action, labor conflicts, fire, flood, war, terrorism, sabotage, major accidents, pandemics, or similar events beyond our control.
